Life Church Livestream Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 8, 2026.
This policy covers Life Church’s livestream page and its related administrative tools. Contact us with privacy questions or requests at osagelifechurch@gmail.com.
Watching services
Our page displays church service information and uses YouTube to play livestreams and recorded services. YouTube may receive information from your browser or device and may use cookies, similar technologies, and advertisements when its player loads or you interact with it. Those activities are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
You do not need to connect a Google account to Life Church’s administrative integration to watch services.
Church administration and YouTube
Our administrative integration uses YouTube API Services. When an authorized church administrator connects the church’s YouTube channel, the integration receives channel identifiers, broadcast information, and authorization tokens. It uses that access to prepare church broadcasts, associate them with the church’s streaming input, and check whether a service is upcoming, live, or completed.
We store the channel connection and broadcast details in Supabase. Authorization tokens and streaming credentials are encrypted in storage and restricted to backend operations. Public visitors can receive published service details, such as titles, scheduled times, thumbnails, and video identifiers; they cannot access these credentials. Administrative sign-in uses the church’s existing Supabase authentication system.
Prayer, giving, and other links
Prayer requests are directed to the church’s Breeze form, and giving is directed to its Tithe.ly form. Information you enter on those services is handled by those providers and by the church according to the applicable form notices. This livestream policy does not replace their privacy policies. The Connect button also opens a Breeze form. These forms may appear inside popups on our page. Sermon notes are published church content; the notes page does not ask visitors to submit personal notes or contact information.
Website operation and administrative sign-in
Our website host, Bluehost, and Supabase may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and operational logs to deliver and maintain the service. Administrative sign-in uses browser storage to maintain the signed-in session. YouTube and embedded form providers may use their own cookies or browser storage. We do not request your Google password or payment-card information through the livestream administration tools.
Sharing, retention, and your choices
Google/YouTube and Supabase process information to provide the functions described above. Authorized church personnel manage the livestream tools and service information.
Service information and published notes are retained for the church archive until removed by authorized staff. Channel authorization is stored while the integration remains connected. Operational records are retained for troubleshooting; a fixed automatic deletion schedule is not currently configured. Contact the church to request deletion of stored integration data. Removing a service from this website does not remove the video from YouTube.
An administrator can revoke the YouTube integration’s authorization through Google account permissions. Revoking access stops authorized YouTube API operations; it does not automatically delete church database records or videos on YouTube.
To request deletion of information held by Life Church’s livestream tools, or to ask about its use, email osagelifechurch@gmail.com. We will explain what can be removed and any information that must be retained. YouTube content and information held directly by other providers must also be managed through those providers.
Changes
We will update this page when the livestream tools or their data practices change, and show the revised effective date.
